“I can function fine on 5 hours.” –

Chronic sleep loss disrupts hormones and blood sugar.

"I’ll catch up at the weekend.” –

Consistency matters more than occasional long sleeps.

“Alcohol helps me sleep.” –

It might make you drowsy, but it reduces deep, restorative rest.

“Snoring is normal.” –

Frequent loud snoring may signal sleep apnoea  - get it checked.
